Beth Gray
Beth combines her therapeutic expertise, creative thinking, and commitment to understanding your unique interests, values, and hopes for the future as you work together to build a new family system. While life after separation may look different, Beth focuses on developing realistic strategies, clear commitments, supportive structures, expectations, and healthy boundaries to help your family navigate this significant transition.
Beth values the Collaborative team-based approach, working alongside you to prepare and support the respectful resolution of family law issues without the need for court. This approach encourages you to consider the needs of the entire family and can lead to many long-term benefits, including fewer hours spent in lawyers’ offices or courtrooms, as well as reduced uncertainty and stress for all family members.
Beth maintains a private practice through Thrive Collective in Chilliwack, where she supports children, youth, and adults. She is passionate about adding divorce coaching and co-parenting counselling to her broader commitment of strengthening the community — helping individuals and families through therapy, education, emotional support, and guidance through life’s most challenging experiences.
