BIOGRAPHY:

Elaine practices family law exclusively and focuses on the non-adversarial resolution of family law issues. She is a collaborative family lawyer as well as a family mediator. Although she has experience in all areas of family law, including conducting trials in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts, she has chosen to restrict her practice to resolving family law matters with as little Court intervention as possible.
